Cancellation Policy:
24-hour minimum notice, 48 Hours notice preferred. If not notified 24 hours before you will be charged 50% of the booked services to compensate for the time reserved. This will be excused if you are sick. Please try to give us the most notice possible and please don’t come to your appointment if you are unwell.
Reschedule Policy:
Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If notified less than 24 hours before you will be charged 50% of booked services for the time reserved. This will be excused if you are sick. Please try to give us the most notice possible and please don’t come to your appointment if you are unwell.
No Call No Show Policy:
you will be charged 100% of the services you booked to compensate for the time reserved.
We get it, life happens and all we ask of you is to keep us updated. Policies ensure we can keep our doors open and staff employed.

Adjustment Policy
Our #1 Goal Always is to have you LOVING your hair and makeup. We communicate as much as possible to ensure we understand and achieve your desired goals before, during, and after your service. If you are dissatisfied in any way and please inform us immediately so we can adjust or schedule an adjustment. Services provided cannot be refunded however we will gladly adjust any services within three days of receiving services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed you are required to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you to perform an adjustment service at no additional charge.
